  • Late Night with Life Flight (Portneuf Life Flight - Pocatello), Portneuf Regional Medical Center, 5:30 p.m. Note: Dates subject to change. Classes are not part of the regular FCEMS curriculum, but address recertification material that is typically hard to get elsewhere, and include Helicopter Landing Zone Officer training. FCEMS attendees can car pool and should meet at the St. Anthony EMS shed at 4 p.m. for departure. No course fee.   • Deadline to apply for Agricultural Property Tax Exemption is March 15 in Assessor's Office.
  • Applications for exempt parcels are due to the Clerk's Office by March 15.
  • March 4 - Last day to absentee vote by mail for the March 10 Election.
  • March 6 - Last day to in-person absentee vote for the March 10 Election.
  • March 10 - Election Day.
  • March 20 - Last day for filing declaration of candidacy until 5 p.m. for the May 19 Election.
  • March 23-June 1 - Emergency Medical Responder 2011/Wilderness First Responder, NREMT/State testing tentatively scheduled for June 5, 6. Class meets Mondays and Thursdays from 6-9 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Classes meet at Fremont County EMS buildings. Maximum class size is 24 students. First priority will be given to Fremont County EMTs, and residents, but this is an open class. Course fee to be determined.       • Course will enable student to be licensed as Idaho EMR 2011 (pending passing exams and licensure process) and certified as ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute) Wilderness First Responder (pending passing requisite course exams).
      • Course includes AHA HCP CPR and Helicopter Landing Zone Officer certifications.

  • Property Assessment Notices for Primary Property Roll will be mailed to taxpayers by the 1st Monday in June. Taxpayers have until the fourth Monday of June to protest those values with the Assessor's Office. County Commissioners will meet as Board of Equalization to hear protests beginning in late June. BOE appointments must be made by 5 p.m. on the fourth Monday of June.

July
