Board of Equalization
August 2, 1999

Commissioner Neal Christiansen called the meeting to order for the Board of Equalization appeal hearings for one appeal. Those present were Commissioner Glenn Davis, Commissioner Frank Mackert. Clerk Mickie Funke was present and taking minutes and also Chief Deputy Assessor Brett Hill.
 

Brett Hill read a letter written from Gary Herde the Certified Public Account acting as representative for the Flat Rock Club. Mr. Herde requested the commissioners deny the appeal so they could appeal directly to the state.

Commissioners agreed to deny the appeal and send forms for the appeal to the state.
