Attention all ATV/off highway vehicle operators: Operators of all off highway vehicles on federally managed lands, specifically the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, in Fremont County shall operate their off-highway vehicles with a red or orange safety flag, that is a minimum of six by twelve (12) inches, attached to the vehicle at least eight feet above the surface of level ground. This does not include snowmobiles. Failure to do so shall constitute an infraction (a potential fine of $75).
