NOTICE OF SALE OF FREMONT COUNTY TAX DEED PROPERTY - 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the hereinafter described property has been deeded to Fremont County for delinquent taxes. The Board of County Commissioners of Fremont County has determined that the hereinafter described real property should be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash, each parcel having a minimum bid.
Notice is further given that the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners will sell at public auction at the courthouse door of the Fremont County Courthouse, St. Anthony, Idaho, at the hour of 9:40 a.m. on the 5th day of September 2023, the following described real property:
Tax Parcel: RPA0002025003X and MHA0002025003X (a 1968 Redman trailer) both tax parcels shall be sold together or as a single unit. Tax payer was Zada Wilcox. Property address is 161 Pacific Ave Ashton, ID. Legal description is: Lot 3 Blk 25 of the Townsite of Ashton, Fremont County, Idaho as per recorded plat thereof. TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES. Minimum Bid of $4,947.41
SUBJECT TO, all easements, right-of-way, covenants, restrictions, reservations, applicable building and zoning ordinances and use regulations and restrictions and accruing taxes, of record. Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All sales are final and binding. Payment is expected at conclusion of sale.
