  1. Deadline to turn in Absentee Ballot

    Ballots must be turned in to the Clerk's office (Room 12 at the Fremont County Court House) by 8PM on Election Day. 

    The Clerk's office will empty the Drop Box at the Court House for the final time at 8:00PM on Election Day.  Ballots may also be hand delivered to the Clerk's office. 

    The Drop Box at the Ashton City Office is returned to the Clerk's Office at 3:30PM on Election Day.  

    Absentee Ballots cannot be turned in at County Polling Locations.
